Location: International Waters (Jamaica-based Cruise Line)
Customer Handling/Guest Relations: $ 1500(USD)/Month
Employment Type: Contract (3 Years)
Training Location: Malaysia

Customer Handling/Guest Relations Responsibilities:
•Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and onboard services.
•Provide friendly and professional customer support at all times.
•Handle complaints efficiently and ensure quick resolution.
•Coordinate with different departments for smooth guest experience.
•Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced ship environment.

Requirements

•Basic English communication skills.
•Relevant experience in hospitality (preferred but not mandatory for some roles).
•Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
•Physically fit and willing to work onboard a ship.

Contract Details
•Contract Duration: 3 Years.
•Work Cycle: 7 Months Onboard + 5 Months Paid Leave.
